odd spot when banning spammer

had spam just a few min ago.
banned user, the post was still there. deleted it.
on the home page, it was still there.
click it, msg was gone, but the TITLE was still there.
i wasnt able to edit, and ofc user was banned.
luckily in the backend, i was able to 'perm delete' the post.
just thought i would share.
